**Union County Officials Attend ELC Breakfast**
This morning, several prominent Union County officials attended the Union County Employer Legislative Committee (ELC) Breakfast event. Those in attendance included Union County Commissioner Chairwoman Lourdes Leon, Commissioner Bette Jane Kowalski, County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi, Deputy County Manager Amy Crisp Wagner, and County Counsel Bruce Bergen.
Chairwoman Lourdes Leon served as the guest speaker for the morning. During her remarks, she shared her vision and initiatives aimed at fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors to benefit Union County residents.
The event provided an opportunity for local government representatives and members of the business community to exchange ideas and discuss plans for the county’s growth and development. The breakfast was hosted by the Employer Legislative Committee, with Adam Farrah being acknowledged for his role in organizing the gathering.
The Union County community looks forward to continuing this engagement in the years to come.

Two-alarm Seattle Fremont duplex fire contained; no injuries reported.

Meter Upgrade Underway in Apex; Phase II Begins Oct. 2025
