### Columbus Opens Warming Centers as Temperatures Drop

As extreme cold temperatures settle over Columbus, Columbus Recreation and Parks is providing relief for residents by opening five warming centers starting Monday, January 20. These facilities offer a safe and warm environment for individuals in need during the frigid weather.

The locations of the warming centers are as follows:

- **Barnett Community Center**: 1184 Barnett Rd., Columbus, OH 43227

- **Dodge Community Center**: 667 Sullivant Ave., Columbus, OH 43215

- **Linden Community Center**: 1350 Briarwood Ave., Columbus, OH 43211

- **Marion Franklin Community Center**: 2801 Lockbourne Rd., Columbus, OH 43207

- **Thompson Community Center**: 1189 Dennison Ave., Columbus, OH 43201

All centers will operate daily from **9 a.m. to 9 p.m.** to accommodate visitors until the extreme cold subsides. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these community centers to stay safe and warm.
