Outflow Boundary Spurs Gusty Winds in Treasure Valley

An outflow boundary is moving southeast through the Lower Treasure Valley and is expected to shift into the Upper Treasure Valley. It is forecasted to reach the Meridian and Boise area between 10:00 and 10:15 PM MDT. The National Weather Service in Boise reports that wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected along with the possibility of blowing dust. This information was provided at 9:02 PM MT on June 19, 2025.
