Chandler, Arizona – The Chandler Police Department has finished its investigation into the drowning death of three-year-old Trigg Kiser, which occurred on May 18, 2025. Trigg was found unresponsive in his family’s backyard pool. After reviewing the evidence, investigators have recommended a Class 4 felony child abuse charge against Brady Kiser under ARS 13-3623. The case has been forwarded to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for further review and consideration of any potential charges.
