Geneva High School hosts donation-based thrift day for students
GENEVA, N.Y. — Geneva High School students are making a difference through compassion, advocacy and community care.
Members of the Social Justice Club and Green Club hosted a spring thrift day featuring free summer clothing, shoes, backpacks, jewelry and period products for students. Everything was donation-based and available at no cost to anyone who saw something they needed or wanted.
The event reflected the spirit of Geneva’s Passionate Advocates and Hopeful Humans — students working to ensure their peers feel supported, included and cared for.
A special thank you to club advisors Ms. Harris, Ms. Abbott and Ms. Metz, along with school nurses Ms. Aguilera and Ms. Nardozzi, for the behind-the-scenes support that helped make the event possible.
The clubs are continuing to collect donations, especially T-shirts, for future thrift days.

Geneva Middle School Choirs Hold Spring Concert
Geneva Middle School in Geneva, New York, held its Spring Concert featuring the 6th Grade Chorus and the combined 7th- and 8th-grade Chorus, with songs from energetic pop favorites to beautiful choral classics as students demonstrated months of practice and teamwork, including first-time performers and others nearing the end of their middle-school careers, and the school thanked Miss Helena Blackwell, Miss Meredith Beckley, and families and supporters.

Geneva High Students Write, Read to West Street Second Graders
Geneva High School students in Geneva, New York, spent the day as authors and teachers, sharing original children's books with West Street second graders, while Chemistry Science students created books on trout, endangered species and environmental stewardship and shared them with the same class, illustrating the Panthers' compassionate communication and advocacy for the world around them.
