This afternoon, Vice-Chairman Joseph Bodek and Commissioner Bette Jane Kowalski attended the Annual Women’s History Month Celebration at the JTG Recreation Center in Linden alongside Linden Mayor Derek Armstead, City Council President Michelle Yamakaitis, Councilwoman Lisa Orman, Councilman Barry Javick, Councilman Ralph Strano, and Councilwoman Christine Hudak.

The event was kicked off with a lunch for attendees.

The event was highlighted by speeches from Mayor Armstead and Vice-Chairman Bodek, along with a recognition of Linda Spano, Terri Todd, and Courtney Villani for their contributions to the community.

Union County is proud to celebrate women’s history month and recognize the contributions that women and girls make to our communities.
