"Remembering Architect Curtis Jerome Moody's Enduring Legacy"

Curtis Jerome Moody, a prominent architect and founder of the Moody Nolan firm, passed away in 2024 at the age of 74. His contributions to central Ohio's architectural landscape include the design of nine branches for the Columbus Metropolitan Library. These branches are Barnett, Franklinton, Karl Road (two designs), Linden (two designs), the former Northside, Martin Luther King, Parsons, Southeast, and Shepard.
Moody was recognized not only for his architectural work but also for his integrity, generosity, and humility. The Columbus Metropolitan Library expressed its sympathy and gratitude to the Moody family and the Moody Nolan firm, highlighting the positive impact of Moody's work on the lives of many library customers and the community as a whole.
